I was a patient in there once and that was the best dentist I have ever been to. It’s doctors, assistant’s, and receptionist were amazingly respecting and not correcting or complaining

Very irresponsible on handling appointments. I was suffering from a toothache over the night and made an appointment with her for the morning on zocdoc for 10 a.m. once i got there, the front desk girl couldn’t find my appointment. Then she asked me if i made the appointment on zocdoc. Once I said yes, she just casually said those appointments are not appearing in our system because they are not linked yet or some other software issue, simce then there are no appointments available at the moment. I went in to have a crown placed, but it cracked during the procedure, which meant the entire process had to be restarted. I explained that I had an upcoming vacation and needed to complete the treatment before leaving, otherwise it would be a while before I could return.
