Ariela Berman was hands down the worst, most dangerous psychiatrist I've ever met. She sat in silence the majority of the time, telling me that I wasn't a good enough therapy patient and that was why the therapy was failing. She also prescribed medication for a diagnosis I did not have, and did not run labs on it, ultimately destroying my thyroid gland (lithium, for the bipolar disorder I did not have).
