Ariel Quinones has been seeing me and my family for more than 10 years. Even through the COVID pandemic, he made time make sure myself and other patients were well attended and always assisted. He is a very generous and compassionate person with his loving team????. Thank you for your service!!
This is a very unprofessional office front desk staff is a joke as they are not knowledgeable or professional and are unable to answer standard questions. They also refuse to transfer you a office manager to get answers.
Made me wait over 2 hours to see him, spent about 10 minutes with me and did not help at all. Appointments are never available, no parking over 2 hours to see him. Does not accommodate patients. They NEVER answer phone calls or messages.
This Doctor is horrendous. Who googles symptoms in front of their patients. Please do yourself a favor and find another physician.
The Dr is great but the staff is so lazy and horrible is time for a new doctor! They made me miss my surgery which was scheduled months in advance because they never filled a prescription I needed. They do not take responsibility in their actions. They are not accountable! Stay away great dr but not worth the headache, specially some lady name Veronica, so rude and entitled, you can tell she hates her job and patients!
He really cares about his patients' health condition. He is very kind and gives you the time you really need to explain your health problems. He is so professional and dedicated!
