I took my mom in to see Dr. Ciment today because she has a nodule in her lung that needed further investigation. The wait time was minimal, the nurse was the sweetest and Dr. Ciment was friendly, thorough and positive. He explained all the different scenarios and answered all of our questions which were minimal because he was so thorough. He made a not so great situation so much better and we left feeling very confident that everything would be ok. I highly recommend him and am very thankful to have come across his office.
Dr. Ciment saved my life. I had to be intubated due to Acute Respiratory Failure pneumonia due to covid-19. He assured my husband I was going to be ok. I was in an induced coma but when I woke up he was there. He checked on me daily and never once complained eventhough I was going through alot of anxiety and panic attacks. He weaned me off the high flow machine daily. This man is an incredible doctor, person and has an amazing soul.. תודה שהצלת את חיי
Great great great experience! Ari Cement is a great Doctor. He knows what he is doing and has such a positive disposition. The office coordinator Deiffy Gamarra was incredible! I had an issue with my insurance and referral and she spent 45 min on the phone to resolve it. Called me back so that I can have my appointment on that day. Even the secretary in the front was amazing. She saw me waiting in line for the 2nd time when I came back and addressed me directly that she will let the doc know I'm here. Its hard to believe. Never-ending problems with the office. Dr Ciment actually seems like a great person, but the management of the actual office and patients is a 0 star. After finally getting an appointment the doctor asked me a few questions and ordered a Sleep Home Study (a ring you wear at night to determine sleep apnea). I waited weeks for a call back and after 3 weeks I call the office asking what happened and they say "oh yes we got your results 3 weeks ago, but the doctor is on vacation"...what???
