Dr. Elman is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and very kind physician. I highly recommend him!
It would be nice to receive customer service rather then being told when you call to request an appointment to provide an e-mail address so they can send you the paperwork rather than them completing the information while you are on the call... very unhelpful for a person in need. I called twice and still never received the e-mail and spoke to two separate people. I am now looking for another hematologist with supportive staff that care.
Dr. Elman's 1 star review must be a misunderstanding of the rating system. As a former oncology nurse and now healthcare consultant I've worked in the industry for decades with world class MDs all over the country. Dr. Elman is top notch, extremely knowledgable, kind and collaborative in delivering care - all three are key requirements for me in selecting a physician. I highly recommend him.
