I read some reviews of Dr. Ardis office and would like to add feedback as well. I visited this office years ago for a routine check up. It was a shockingly bad experience to deal with extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff. They will charge 50 $ to reschedule an appointment but keep patients waiting for 1+ hour to see a doctor for 5 minutes. It seems like this place has no respect for the people who use their services. OVERMEDICATES PATIENTS!! She should have lost her license COMPLETELY & be sued. HORRIBLE, unsafe, sorry excuse for a person. She gave me 10 medications & almost all of them interacted badly w/each other. She convinced me I had multiple diagnosis’ that I didn’t have. I got it confirmed by 2 doctors. Both of them said you should be charged. I know that I myself, & others almost LOST THEIR LIVES BECAUSE OF YOU! EVIL!! THAT I WHAT YOU ARE! You KNOW what you did! Dr Ardis really cared when I saw her. The only reason I don't still see her is due to the fact that I no longer have a car to drive to the city.
Horrible experience! The staff is rude. I think it is negligent to treat mental health patients when the staff clearly does not understand mental health!
If I could give no stars I would! This place is rediculous and has no concern once so ever about their patients time! They are always late every appointment my husband has had they have been well over an hour late for. They scheduled my husband an appointment even though he told them not to.then tried to charge him a 50 dollar missed appointment fee after we told them what happened that we didn't make that appointment they said they would take the fee off.
