I feel that a doctor needs to run their office and the front office people need to be top shelf. This unfortunately is not the case. I had to change doctors and chose this woman. Today after 3 days, leaving several messages at long Beach, medical to see Dr. Yup the Yelp where patience where venting their experience on this girl Name ESMERALDA! NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE at all. Is already overwhelming that we have to hear this so call receptionist or helping front desk! I didnt feel welcome at all. I was left on hold multiple times! I will be searching for another PCP. I have only had two appointments at this practice and both times I was seen by Kym Lagafuaina, the nurse practitioner. The first visit she was more than 25 minutes late. On my way in, I saw she was in her office because her door was open. She didn't apologize for keeping me waiting and I brushed off the frustration, happy to be seen at least. It was the second visit that is the reason for me giving 2 stars and never going back.
