A nurse practitioner got mad at me for asking questions and started googling answers and got mad and rude when proven wrong worst doctors ever. Will be making a report to the medical board of California for unethical and malpractice
Worst service ever been there since 8am and was promised that doctor will call me back for certain reason but front desk lady continuously lied to me multiple times in the day saying she will contact me and now there closed for the weekend and might lose my job, specifically dr. Chaundry office
I feel that a doctor needs to run their office and the front office people need to be top shelf. This unfortunately is not the case. I had to change doctors and chose this woman. I needed to get a ride and Saferide provided with much hassle a ride there. I call get the ride handled the appointment was on Friday at 2:15. Today after 3 days, leaving several messages at long Beach, medical to see Dr. Yup the Yelp where patience where venting their experience on this girl Name ESMERALDA! NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE at all. Is already overwhelming that we have to hear this so call receptionist or helping front desk! I didnt feel welcome at all. I was left on hold multiple times!
