She has no regard or respect for other peoples time and she has an incompetent staff that have no clue what they are doing ! No doubt she just handpicked them off Fordham road as there is no way that these people are qualified to do ANYTHING of substance
Becky who works in the front holds the office together. The doctor is not available when need and does not response the same day of having an emergency. No one gives accurate or messages for call backs or information as to other doctors when needed.
The office is close by and convenient when making an appointment. Ever since the male doctor left that place has fell to the dumps. Dr singiri is lazy and only cares about her copay's. You are better off going to an urgent care.
I saw dr singini as a same day appt and I was kept waiting for an hour and a half, and the whole visit with the dr was only 15 minutes. I will not be going back there. I do not feel she knows how to properly diagnose symptoms. I would rather go to an urgent care center. I feel bad for her pateints, but most importantly her staff. Those girls have always been the reason I go there. They dont get the credit they deserve.
I got a same day appt easy and fast. The dr was good but i was waiting an hour and a half. Then she took lunch and claimed it would only take 5 minutes, which took an extra 30 minutes. Wish she was more professional and got to the point of my visit sooner.
Women at front desk are totally inept at multitasking. I checked in and waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time before they decided to inform me I couldn’t be seen due to a clerical error that they were aware of before I arrived. Their excuse for not telling me when I checked in (and also asked twice when I would be seen) was that neither was capable of addressing two issues simultaneously. Good luck with that.
I can’t say anything bad about this doctors office. Have been going here for years. They always makes me feel comfortable. Very clean environment. The nurses have great communication with the patients. Very charismatic.
My favorite doctor she's the best makes me feel so comfortable.
