On 8/14/24, I had an appointment for nerve shock treatment with Dr. Sarabi and surprisingly I had the most pleasant medical experience. My nerves were all over the place and my fear of needles is out of this world. I was acknowledged upon entering his office and promptly checked in. I am big on customer service and his staff delivered top-notch! The Office Manager, Melissa, was so welcoming, and pleasant, and greeted me with a smile.
