I had an appointment Saturday 6/25 and they canceled me last min due to "not being assigned" to their office through my insurance. One of the ladies in the office Joanna is simply rude and called my husbands phone number not mine, to cancel appt. 20 min before. She did not follow up what so ever after Wednesday when we fist talked and wasn't clear on what I had to do for this to go smoothly. The cherry on top.... Joselyn and the front desk team are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Koury did an amazing job on my wisdom teeth procedure. All 4 in one day!!
I've been seeing Dr. Elie for at least 10 years. He always goes out of his way to help his patients. The office staff is very nice and very organized.
Andy, the hygienist it at Empire Dental is the best. So knowledgeable and so patient. If you have any fear of getting your teeth cleaned you should see him. He will make you very comfortable and walk you through what he’s doing. Also the front office staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.
