I had a very unpleasant experience at this dental clinic. I had an appointment for my daughter, but upon arrival, I was only given page 4 of 4 of a form to sign. They just wanted me to sign it, and when I asked to read what I was signing, there was annoyance without any explanation. When I asked for clarification, the staff reacted with annoyance and even laughed, saying it was "to help." The document said Healthy Smiles Ontario. The receptionist is very unprofessional and impolite when she is dealing with patients. I had never encountered worse customer service. I had plan of going back to the office for more work with my new insurance but I am never going there. Save your money and go elsewhere. Definitely getting my families to stop going there to.

This is an excellent team to take care of your teeth. They work so carefully and professionally that you don’t feel any pain. They also accept company benefits, and they are always very kind. I definitely recommend them as a trustworthy dental clinic.
