The dentist Araceli is a really rude and unprofessional person. She treated me as if I wasn’t going to pay for the procedure. She speaks Spanish, and when I asked her to speak in Spanish so I could understand better, she got annoyed and explained everything in a rude tone, almost yelling at me. It’s a waste of time using her services, as she doesn’t do a good job and she have a childish attitude.
I’ve been going to this dental office all my life, and never have I had an experience as informative and validating as I did today (don’t get me wrong, the staff here are always wonderful, but today was different). I have a TMJ disorder (loose jaw, with a deviation and severe crepitus), and the last time I looked into avenues of relief for this condition, I was told it is a degenerative disorder, that there’s no surgery to fix it, and I can only hope it doesn’t get worse by doing physio exercises each day. The receptionist Kelly or whatever her name is, is very unprofessional and impolite when she is dealing with patients. I had never encountered worse customer service.
