Dr Rice took great care of our cockatoo Gus. She is very knowledgeable about these birds, spent ample time to answer all of our questions, even gave us after hours vets we could call with any issues over night, weekends and holidays.

First time at this vet today. They were wonderful. They were caring people and clearly love animals. Their prices were very reasonable and the level of care and customer service was superior. Very pleased.
After 25+ years at another vet, we took a chance in taking our 2 Lab pups over to Winterfield Vet Hospital with Dr. Willis ...it turned out to be the best move we made with them getting the proper exams and TLC. The front-end staff is so friendly and helpful. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and patient and kind. I couldn't ask for better.
The love and care shown to our fur babies is beyond compare. We recently lost our 15 year old and received a beautiful card in the mail. We couldn't imagine going to any other vet.
I am so thankful that winterfield found out what was wrong with my kitty. He had diahrrea with blood and I was told by banfield that he just had diarrhea. I went in right when they opened, without an appointment and was a new client. The front desk was amazing and Dr. White fit me into her schedule! Thank you so much for finding out what was wrong with Apollo. You will definitely be my go-to vet from now on!
I always get great service at Winterfield - from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. My dogs don't hesitate to walk through the front door. That's always a good sign that you're at a great vet.
