Dr,Aparna Mandal, she is very good Doctor. Very attentive, compassionate and listen with kind to my health problemas..My complaint to her is that after my visit to her office, she takes 3 or 4 days to call the pharnacy and place my prescription them i have to call her secretary 2 or 3 times to remind them that i don't hAVE MY MEDICINE YET, Specially my high blood presure pills. She is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had.
My friend Butch, has been seeing Dr Mandel. The office manager is Horrible and unprofessional. She Never returns phone calls or passes information to the doctor. He has been trying to get refills on his medicine, going on 4 weeks now. This is ridiculous that he or anyone should suffer like this . I don't understand WHY this office manager is still employed there. I also don't know WHY this doctor is still working as well. Someone is extremely incompetent. Thank you
Things started going south when Katie left the office. I called the office after being released from hospital, no return call..got answering machine. Wound up back in the hospital 3 days admitted. Told to call primary dr and did so upon release, left yet another message and no return call. Love Dr. Mandal but new staff is not wanting me to go back. Still up in the air.
Very poor & unprofessional secretary. She answers all calls & she claims she is the office front desk manager . From my side of view . As a patient, I really don’t care how she got to what ever position she is , but talking very rude & hanging up the phone on me . When I spoke to Dr. Mandel a week ago on the phone , she specifically went through my blood result & said there is no need for me to see her again .
