Update: I still since this post have not had my issues resolved, because of the error committed by Dr Chari and her admin team. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO I RECOMMEND YOU BE UNDER THEIR CARE, FOR THE SOLE REASON THEIR TEAM MAY INPUT YOUR DETAILS WRONG, SENDING YOU TO COLLECTIONS. Billing department input my data wrong, which meant I never got their letters. Never got any voicemails or emails. Chari Anusha is a terrible doctor. I advise any woman of color to steer clear and not to trust her judgement. She has a lack of concern or empathy in general when it comes to her patients regardless of color but especially if you’re of color, seek a second opinion or avoid her all together, if possible. Dr. Chari managed to miss sepsis, a serious infection. She ignored the referring doctor’s concern, preliminary diagnosis, and written orders for specific tests to identify this. She was arrogant, didn’t listen, and didn’t read referring notes — and I ended up in another ER within 24 hours. Her manner was controlling. The cost at St. Francis was high and a waste of money, but the real issue was the incompetence of Dr. Chari.
