I have been bringing my child to Dr. Anuradha Venkatachalam in Northpointe for a few months now. The last time we came she was rushing and didn’t really listen to what I was telling her. I let that slide. She said my child needed blood work. I was told that I can just walk in and it would be a quick process.I could have waited that same day but after waiting for approximately 45 min with an appointment I didn’t want to wait for them to go and have lunch because my child hadn’t had lunch either. Dr. Anu has been our pediatrician for 10 years. My children and I adore her!
A worker was being aggressive, very rude to a patient and her small daughter. She kept threatening the mom and even followed the mom and her small daughter to the parking lot while the mom was putting her daughter in the vehicle to continue her rant. The mom kept saying the worker was holding her hostage. It was very unprofessional of the nurse/front desk girl to act that way especially around kids.
Hi got treatment for my daughter. It was great. All staff members are friendly. Anu Mam treatment was excellent.
