She was my pcp in Lancaster and abruptly left to go to Zanesville. I always feel like my questions have been addressed and answered.
Dr. Kaur is extremely competent and caring. She carefully explains everything. I trust her to provide the best care.
She is informed about current things to do with health care, very proactive, but accepts that I don’t always agree. She does not hesitate to answer questions even if it is “ I don’t know “. I prefer a doctor who will try to get real answers instead trying to be arrogant.

She is always there when you need her and I would recommend her to anyone
I have been her patient now for a year. She has been thorough and makes helpful recommendations. My appointments have been timely met and I appreciate her friendly manner. She is replacing my long time family physician so it has taken a little time to get to know one another. I am feeling more comfortable with each visit.
There is a gross lack of communication between Dr. Kaur and her staff. I have had televisits that Dr. Kaur scheduled with me herself but somehow on the day of appointment, it isn’t on her schedule. She writes prescriptions, but they are not sent to the pharmacy by end of business. Either her staff isn’t giving her full reports that are sent to her office by other specialists or she simply doesn’t take the time to read them.
