Dr. Khandare is a decent doctor, unfortunately the UPMC staff is less professional, and often fall on their faces when it comes to taking care of the patient. I have endured this since she moved her office a few years ago and have simply had enough. Its time to find a new doctor...
Terrible office. Very disorganized. They don't know what paperwork they have, what tests they've ordered, what results they have. They say they can do things and then call 3 days later saying they can't. They have left multiple voicemail messages and calls that make no sense based on what's really going on. Apparently they don't communicate or take notes or check files. It's a full time job trying to stay on top of them and hold their hand to get them to do their job.
