Dr Kulkarni is so sincere, comforting and wonderful in all ways. I've always loved her and my husband who is now deceased went to her and loved her and always felt comfortable with her.
I filled out paperwork on line before my visit-when I arrived the receptionist told me Dr Kulkarni had some paperwork she wanted me to fill out. After glancing at the questions it was the same questionnaire I had completed on line-when I questioned it the receptionist told me to fill it out anyway. I'm not sure what purpose of filling it out online serves if I'm going to be asked to complete it in person.
Dr Kulkarni is a very caring physician.
