So far my first visit was a very pleasant one. Right from the moment I walked up to the check-in window I felt very at ease. Being hard of hearing everyone made sure that I completely heard and understood what was said to me.Dr.Chopra explained everything to me in way that was easy to understand and put things into perspective.

Dr. Chopra was very kind. He explained everything. He took his time with me. I was nervous, and he helped me relax.
Dr Chopra was very educated and understood my concerns and provided many ways of treatments.
Dr was very direct with a great sense of humor. Made us feel comfortable with a guy with the knowledge and a down to earth way to present the situation.. and the fact we both have hearing lose his English was without a strong accent , which made it easy to understand all that was put on our plate.. we went home saying we liked the Doctor and his staff ..

Dr. Chopra spent more time with me than any other specialist. He ruled out all of the serious concerns I had and I left me with a plan to follow up with. He is solution focused and practices the art of medicine. I learned so much and can finally sleep while on the journey to find out what is happening to me and causing my symptoms.
My experience with Dr. Chopra was terrible. He performed a penile prosthesis implant which was improperly situated and did not work, causing me much pain and discomfort. He then offered to perform corrective surgery. He repositioned a portion of it, resulting in not only the same pain but new pain in a different area and it still didn't work. He then agreed to my demand to remove it, but ended up passing the surgery over to another doctor...who wanted to wait a ridiculously long time period to remove it. I found a much bette... read more
