I had an extremely concerning experience at Ham Pong Allergy Clinic on February 3rd. From the moment I arrived, I found the clinic to be messy and, in my opinion, generally unhygienic. During the allergy testing, my arms were wiped with alcohol, after which an instrument was pressed against my skin to puncture it. I wish I could give zero stars. There are so many things wrong with this office and the people working there. They had SO MANY people that it was standing room only and overflowed into the hallway. If anyone is going for dust allergies… be warned that this office is NOT clean. After waiting close to 45 minutes, I asked the receptionist if perhaps I had been missed. When I finally saw the doctor, he introduced the conversation by saying “so I hear you have a problem with the receptionist?” WHAT??? Because I asked a question. ... read more

Dr. Ham Pong is one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and genuine medical professionals that I know. He takes the time to address your concerns and questions, is thorough in his explanation, and is the kind of person who actually remembers your name and family members. The office is dirty, extremely unorganized, & crammed. The Dr cuts you off when you’re speaking & diminishes your symptoms. He also just sent me on my way with a few pamphlets from the 70s and said “your symptoms will go away eventually.” When getting the allergens put on my arms, the room was dirty & nothing seemed sterile or clean. Not to mention, I waited over an hour and a half PAST my appointment time to be seen. 0/10 recommended this place.
