After years of struggling with a variety of allergies, Dr. Pong confirmed several allergens and provided prescriptions along with an allergy plan and helpful resources. Very informative and knowledgeable. I'm surprised to read low reviews. The office runs incredibly efficiently. Very friendly and proficient team.
if you have skin, sinus, or respiratory allergic reactions or are interested in trying allergy shots this clinic is fine. If you were hoping for an autoimmune diagnosis, don't waste your time coming here. the doctor wouldn't even let me finish one sentence without cutting me off. they're not interested in diagnosing or investigating anything that isn't typical allergies. and they're not interested in listening to their patients. Very unprofessional, I walked in the nurse already had a glove on. I asked her to change it she said she already did. She didn't walk me through anything. Used a tray to stamp my arm put the tray back in the solution that THEY REUSE on other patients over and over again. Then broke my skin so hard. No patient should stress that things are clean
