been going here for 5yrs. i really like dr das. i ve no problem with any insurance. i only hate having to wait so long in waiting room. ,sometimes an hour or longer.
Terrible office staff with zero customer service skills. Regardless of repeating the same issue to 3 different office / staff personnel, when i became upset because it was very obvious they could not articulate what i was explaining, the issue was not resolved but became a yelling match and a dual of over who could win the argument. Physician is okay, havent seen him in over two years. Seem to always get the Physician Asst, Sara Collins, who is great! Staff is the worst I have ever encountered! You can call numerous times for refills, information, etc. and never get a call back. Other physician offices hate to deal with them and takes forever to get test results transferred. Go somewhere else for diabetes care!
This office is disgusting. The staff is very, very rude and cant even measure height correctly. I have been 510 since the 9th grade, and when the assistant measured me, she told me I was 57. When I asked her to measure again since that wasnt correct, she snapped at me and told me I must have been wearing shoes. I also signed a piece of paper for a release of information from another doctor, which they apparently lost because they called me telling me they couldnt get the information without signed consent. Would not go here again. They charged additional fees for thing my insurance would pay for but their policy is not to charge the insurance. I took my son to burn off a wart and they refused to do it bacause they only do it for adults, fine and all but I told them thats why I was coming in. Hello?? I missed 2 hours of work why...Then they sent me to a DR that didnt take my insurance.
I have had a great experience here with Dr. Achleitner and his staff. They are all very friendly, courteous and helpful. The wait to see the Dr. is not bad at all.
I brought my wife and daughter into the doctor to get there immunizations. I called ahead and made a appointent and made sure that they could give them the immunizations. 2 hours after they went back to see the doctor. I was finally called back. They told me that they couldnt give them the immunizations and that they wouldnt return our copay of 70.00. I will never return to this clinic again and I have made a report to the BBB.
Weird soooo weird. Too much crap and money hungry...... going to another doctor next time .
We waited in the office for over an hour to pay \$250 for 5 minutes of time with the doctor. The time with him was good, but I think that, for that much money, we could have waited less and seen him for longer.
