Horrible customer service - surly staff. After multiple phone calls they call me back and told me that they could not schedule an MRI with contrast for eight weeks! I am a cash patient. I must look elsewhere and will never call them back.
Rockville location: Each time I have to schedule an MRI for my mother, who is claustrophobic and has medical issues, I have to call between 3-6 times. I never reach a live person, I have to leave a message, and the message is never returned. If I send an on-line appt request through the email link on their website, it too is ignored. In the past 24 hrs I've called/emailed 4 times and still haven't talked to anyone to schedule a STAT order. Once you're there, the staff is generally friendly.
