Called in after visiting 24hrs ago as my daughter kept having a constant cough and was only prescribed an allergy OTC medication. They mentioned Dr. Loja was out for a few days and they couldn't prescribe anything for her cough unless we took her back in after being seen prior day. Just another typical patient mill to charge another visit and no accountability on Dr. Esparza for his associate doctors on staff.
Unfortunately, I was not able to see the Doctor. I encountered one his not so lovely office staff. I am sure that Dr. Esparza has no idea how his staff interacts with patients, especially on the first visit. Unfortunate encounter.
Friendly staff and nice clean office.
