If I could give a zero I would. They rescheduled my May 15th appt until June 4th. It is the day prior and I had to call them to find out their office is still closed and my appointment has been canceled and they will not offer another appointment.

Very knowledgeable and has the experience no other infectious disease doctor has in the area. Most importantly, he listens and cares if you are symptomatic. People mostly complain about scheduling, but he sometimes is on call and has to run to the hospital. He doesn't have a receptionist.

Worst providers office. Drove an hour and a half to arrive and and find the office closed and had to wait for both the doctor and the staff to arrive and open the doors. They were both rude and appeared annoyed we were there. Then, we got turned away. My wife, who has a passport as her form of ID (and has used it everywhere with no problem), was told it is not acceptable because it does not include her address. The billing and management of this office is atrocious. I keep getting get balance statements even though I have already paid off my account in full. Never will I visit this office. Biggest mistake
