The front / office staff at Fredonia Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry is absolutely awful. I took my toddler with special needs to an appointment yesterday that was scheduled at 1 PM and they kept telling me I was wrong and looked at me like I was crazy (the card was home taped to my calendar on the fridge). They made us wait for 40+ minute and didn’t even bother to make it right until we said we are leaving (as my child was extremely uncomfortable). Wonderful staff, very comforting to kids. And very professional and caring with my 7 year old.
I was very impressed how she went in the room by herself. She loves her clean teeth.
