We had an exceptional experience at Fredonia Pediatrics with my daughter, Maggie. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and greeted us with a smile. The staff made her feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit. Maggie hasn’t always had the best luck with dental appointments, so I was a little nervous going in — but she left happy and smiling. That says everything. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend them!
All of the staff were kind and considerate. They answered all of my questions and concerns with epathy and understanding. The dentist was amazing and surgery went well. I would recommend fredonia pediatric dentistry and dr.mccarthy to any parents looking for dental care options for their child.
We have been going here for a few years . My daughter is on the spectrum and they are always so good with her. Everytime one of the front desk ladies call they are all so sweet and bubbly . Makes it so much easier to call when we need something . We always have a great experience here and so does my daughter . She loves that she can pick out her new toothbrush when she comes . Thank you all for being so professional and always treating us with dignity and respect . You are all appreciated in what you do .
After being cancelled for the third time for having a dental cleaning I called the office and asked why this keeps happening to my daughter on her appts. Secretary said they have no staff. So why it is my daughter’s fault ? We as parents take time off work and now have to continue to reschedule these appointments, not just once but it’s becoming a habit for them. Honestly it’s probably a blessing I received this letter saying they can’t satisfy my daughter’s needs. Waiting more time between appts make it longer than 6 months... read more
We have had such a great experience at Fredonia Pediatric & Adolescent Dentistry and especially with Dr McCarthy. She has been so patient and kind with my daughter, and always asking me how I felt about proceeding with procedures. She always conveys what she feels would be in the best interest of the patient while also including parents. Jocelyn has also been a tremendous help navigating through our insurance and surgical needs.
