It's ok for this place to consistently reschedule your appointments because of staffing but when you kids wake up sick the day of the appointment and you need to cancel forthwith staffs safety the want to charge you a cancelation fee. If I charged them every time the reschedule they would owe me more than the cancelation fee. So glad my wife finally pulled my kids from here .
Love this place. Staff is extremely friendly and very good with little ones. Tracey especially was extremely patient and upbeat. Never thought that my kids would be looking forward to going back to the dentist, but they are!
Give them a zero if I could
Took my children here back during Covid and we got banned from missing appointments due to no fault of our own. They don’t let you call the day of to reschedule. The first time I missed. I paid a balance so that my children can be seen again and I accidentally missed another appointment because they didn’t call me for Reminders so they banned us. I do not recommend this Office at all. They are rude and they will treat you badly and they will say that your children have bad teeth just because you breast-feed, I don’t recommen... read more
they were absolutely amazing with my son. were able to get in in, in short notice. They were so good and patient with him and talked to him in a way that he could understand. He looked at me when we got in the car and said "that wasn't bad mom they were nice."
