they were absolutely amazing with my son. were able to get in in, in short notice. They were so good and patient with him and talked to him in a way that he could understand. He looked at me when we got in the car and said "that wasn't bad mom they were nice."
Amazing staff. Everyone from the admin to the hygienist and the dentist were professional, kind and caring. The dentist knew her stuff and made my daughter feel comfortable. Gretchen was my favorite hygienist there (highly recommend her) but they were ALL very nice. Great place. Will never go to another pediatric dentist ever again. The BEST.
We had an exceptional experience at Fredonia Pediatrics with my daughter, Maggie. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and greeted us with a smile. The staff made her feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit. Maggie hasn’t always had the best luck with dental appointments, so I was a little nervous going in — but she left happy and smiling. That says everything. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend them!
All of the staff were kind and considerate. They answered all of my questions and concerns with epathy and understanding. The dentist was amazing and surgery went well. I would recommend fredonia pediatric dentistry and dr.mccarthy to any parents looking for dental care options for their child.
We have been going here for a few years . My daughter is on the spectrum and they are always so good with her. Everytime one of the front desk ladies call they are all so sweet and bubbly . Makes it so much easier to call when we need something . We always have a great experience here and so does my daughter . She loves that she can pick out her new toothbrush when she comes . Thank you all for being so professional and always treating us with dignity and respect . You are all appreciated in what you do .
