Dr. Macasieb is absolutely amazing. He literally saved my father’s life. My dad is healthier and stronger than he has ever been. He feels heard, seen and well taken care of at this office. My father (who doesn’t say much most of the time) lights up when talking about his treatments with Dr. Macasieb. Thank you for all that you do! My father is finally getting the care and healing medicine he has needed for so long that he just didn’t get at other primary care offices.
I have completely lost all confidence in this practice on behalf of their care of my in-laws. This physician advertises expertise in treating dementia, hypertension, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Over the course of treatment, we haven't seen meaningful improvement despite spending thousands on OOP treatments vs. medicines that have been recommended by other specialists and work for many patients. I am very frustrated with how difficult it is to have an assistant nurse or some decent way of getting in contact with someone to call you back on an urgent matter like being out of an antidepressant for a week for their own fault of not sending the pharmacy the authorization to refill it, when that was requested in person at the time of the appointment. Detail NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE OFF SUCH TYPE OF PRESCRIPTION for this long! I am having all sorts of withdrawal issues. But who cares, right? Clearly not his staff!
Finally. A Doctor that takes the time to get to know me a bit, not rush my appointment, and to simply communicate. Refreshing. Thank you!
Dr. Macasieb is a caring doctor who listens to all you have to say. He is always looking out for your best interest and well being.
