I have completely lost all confidence in this practice on behalf of their care of my in-laws. This physician advertises expertise in treating dementia, hypertension, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Over the course of treatment, we haven't seen meaningful improvement despite spending thousands on OOP treatments vs. medicines that have been recommended by other specialists and work for many patients. I am very frustrated with how difficult it is to have an assistant nurse or some decent way of getting in contact with someone to call you back on an urgent matter like being out of an antidepressant for a week for their own fault of not sending the pharmacy the authorization to refill it, when that was requested in person at the time of the appointment. Detail NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE OFF SUCH TYPE OF PRESCRIPTION for this long! I am having all sorts of withdrawal issues. But who cares, right? Clearly not his staff!
Finally. A Doctor that takes the time to get to know me a bit, not rush my appointment, and to simply communicate. Refreshing. Thank you!
Dr. Macasieb is a caring doctor who listens to all you have to say. He is always looking out for your best interest and well being. How awesome is it that Macasieb knows both Eastern and Western medicine. I'm so thankful he was willing to do the hard work and do the schooling a second time so that his medicine practice could be complete. His legacy will be one of heroine proportions and other doctors should follow in his footsteps. Thanks you Dr. Macasieb!!
