I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.
