I have been seeing Dr. Q for over 5 years. He has always done amazing work with minimal discomfort and he always remembers to give me extra novocaine because I don’t numb easily. He has a calming personality, even to someone who is deathly afraid of dentists into their 30’s.
Visited for a semi annual cleaning.. confirmed with the hygienist that it was a "regular" cleaning; hygienist stated yes "nothing special about this cleaning"... ended up getting billed for a periodontal procedure. Not nice! I spent over 50 minutes on the phone with my insurance company and had to be very insistent regarding the fact that there was no communication regarding any other procedures.
