Always a great experience..... we have been seeing Dr Ruggeri for years and we love him!! Our dental Hygienist is Omar!! The best ever! We love him!!!!!!
I just don't understand all the bad reviews. I have been going to Oakwood Dental Arts for over 10 years. From the front desk to all the dentist have ALWAYS been very professional. I have never had a bad experience. Trust me I am a baby when it comes to dentistry. I would like to thank all the staff. I will be seeing you soon. Hi Dr. Ruggeri!!!
Stay AWAY!! They are rude, do work that is not necessary & on top of that they do not complete any treatment. If they dare do a root canal on you plan on big problems down the road since it will not be completed correctly, however you will be charged & sent to collection if you do not pay for the so called work they did. How this place is still open I will never understand. Lost 2 teeth because of their poor treatment.
I would give it 0 if I could!! The do work that is not NECESSARY!! The told me I needed a root canal ( when I had NO pain at all), brought it some guy I never saw before.. he started the the proceedure, when he realized he broke a file off in my tooth, without telling me, he rescheduled the apt telling the receptionist he NEEDS MORE TIME to do it.. I rescheduled.. sat in the chair, heard him yelling at his staff cause if wasnt scheduled properly.. so at this point I knew it was time to get out of that chair, whi... read more
