If you're looking for an endodontist who is kind and professional, you want to call Dr. Harlacher. His careful evaluation, interaction and work with my special needs son was wonderful. His caring staff made sure we all were prepared before the visit; they called to follow up after the initial procedure. I recommend Dr. Harlacher without reservation.

He calls you back, personally, after hours if you have a question or are in pain following a procedure! The exam rooms are state of the art.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
