I found Dr. Perri and his staff to be very personable and professional. My appointment was on time, Dr. Perri did a full skin check, took care of one little angry spot on my shin, and off I went. Speedy and efficient!
Excellent care
Very disappointed with the office procedure and it took an enormous amount of my time to schedule an appointments. When I expressed My concern about enormous amount of time it was taking to set up this appointment she said “I will cancel your request for an app and hung the phone up. Until this Dr. changes his procedure and his rude office staff I would recommend not putting yourself through it!
I cannot even begin to express the level of unprofessionalism here my doctor sent over several referrals and this office claims they never received them The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional acted like they didn’t even wanna be at work in their attitude was terrible I would not recommend this office to anyone especially seeing how horrible their phone representatives are
I called Dr. Perri’s office today for a new patient appointment. I explained to the woman that answered the phone I thought I had Eczema and described what I had on the back and the palm of my hands and she said and I quote “oh you have skin cancer, let me check with the doctor.” She put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and said the doctor will just give me ointments!
