Dr. Cruz didn't understand how a connective tissue disorder could cause chronic pain and didn't believe my family member's extreme pain caused by a muscle strain. He incorrectly identified which muscle was strained and treated my family member as if they were medication seeking. We were 1 of 2 patients in the ER, and it took over 3 hours to administer ibuprofen. In the future, I'll be choosing another emergency room to receive care.
