Awful experience at urgent care. Rude. Condescending. Walked into my room, stuck a finger in my face and said “stay here I’ll be back” no hi or hello and went back to his previous patient. Wanted to do a vaginal exam with a speculum 9 days postpartum. Swollen and painful, I declined. Didn’t know the difference between an epidural and an episiotomy. He wasn’t a kind person and made me feel uneasy. Go to someone else

I went to urgent Care today and saw this Dr. He was very nice and listened to my issues and addressed what he could on an Urgent Care Visit...
I went to see Dr. Mannino at Banner Urgent Care in Gilbert AZ at Queen Creek and Higley. I had a lot of blood in my urine and he did a culture that was supposed to be sent to the lab and he started me on antibiotics in the meantime. I over heard him say to his assistant he would not be sending it in but I assumed he must be talking about something else. I was still having issues a few days later so I called for my results. I took my son to Banner Urgent care in San Tan Valley on March 5th because in the span of 4 hours, he developed the classic “sand paper rash” on his face once again. Me being a RN for the past 13 years explained to Dr. Anthony Mannino that my son had a T&A in 2014, however a piece of tonsil remained in and my son has in the past developed a peri tonsil abscess in the area.
