I would give them between 3-4 star. From what I know, both Dr. Lavacca and Dr. Hawkins did an amazing job. The reason it’s not a 5 star visit is because of how they set me up to pay more. Dr. Hawkin’s time (800/hr) started when he spoke to me. But after speaking with me, he had to wait at least 20 (probably 30) min to take me in the room to get started b/c Dr. Lavacca was doing another procedure (double booked?). So I waited aimlessly for at least 20 min and based on the rate, that’s over $250 that I had to pay unnecessarily... read more

From my first phone call to my initial visit, l found the staff personable, knowledgeable, professional and willing to go out of their way to accommodate. Before I left, I knew what my insurance would cover so there would be no surprise as to the cost. Overall a 9.75 out of 10 in my book. Very pleased with the experience
