Not great whatsoever. He didn’t even close the door behind him when he came into my room. He was in there maybe 5-8 minutes. Completely brushed me off. I had an appointment a week prior and was told to come back to see him today to further discuss medical issues that run through my family. I will not be seeing him again. Normally I see Dr. Orson Ravenell for as my OB/GYN doctor but he was fully booked and could not put me in until my 12 week visit. Because I didn't want to miss my 10 week visit, I settled with Dr. Koehler. Several things have went wrong with him & his team. 1. He did not provide an option or an explanation as to why he performed breast exams without gloves. 2. He was dismissive about requesting Zika be added to the blood work. BEYOND RUDE! Does not care and will just shrug his shoulders when you ask questions! Absolutely horrible experience and he should honestly not be able to practice medicine.
