Dr Purcell and the ENTIRE staff at the Green Hollow location are excellent. Do we have to wait, absolutely; so rather than become belligerent we know what to expect and plan accordingly, using the time to delete junk off my phone while waiting; which is not something I do regularly LOL! The fact Dr Purcell has NEVER rushed us, and spends the time needed is refreshing. I am sure it is not because we are special and I bet he does the same with all of his patients. Dr Purcell is very competent and encourages being a good self advocate. The Green Hollow staff is superior and Antoinette provides quality care and addresses my concerns well.
They won't refill prescriptions including BP meds.
