My wife started taking Coumadin over 20 years ago. She has had a number of near fatal bleeding incidents over the years. Every time, the treating doctors saw she was on Coumadin and stopped looking, they assumed that _had_ to be the reason. Dr. Felice was the ONLY doctor in 18 years to look at the "whole person" and realized that she has an underlying blood disorder and her bleeding episodes were Not just because of Coumadin. Not to mention, he does card tricks that are worthy of Las Vegas!
Dr. Felice was patient, ( o so patient) funny and completely easy to talk to. I am glad my husband was able to be treated by him and his team. Thank you Inova for hiring what I consider the best!
This Doctor asks questions and answers your questions completely. Did not feel rushed at all
What is this practice even? My mom who has a blood clotting disorder and she has been having some pain and the RECEPTIONIST tried to argue with my mom over what she needs to have done and that she doesn't need to see a doctor. She has seen Dr. Felice before and wanted to go back for a check-up. She is the person who registers new patients and she is AWFUL! She told my mom to go to the ER, despite her not needing to go to the ER, because she was sent by her PCP to a hematologist to do tests and to check her out. This receptio... read more
