This was my first visit to Dr Howard's office. The auditory doctor administered a hearing test and provided feedback. She explained all aspects of the test in detail and answered any questions I had. She and doctor Howard were extremely helpful. I look forward to working with each of them and trust their ability to treat my hearing disorder.
The friendly staff and the doctor's thorough explanations really put my mind at ease. The doctor took the time to give me sincere advice on what steps I should take next. I felt truly cared for.
