I was greeted and checked in then worked with Kimberly for pre-exam testing. Kimberly was professional and kind, answered my questions and made sure that I knew what my insurance coverage would be. I then had my eye exam with Dr. Redmond. Dr. Redmond was so kind and compassionate and very thorough. She worked to ensure that my concerns were addressed (I was struggling with small print) and answered my questions.
