I liked this Urgent Care because the patient is seen by doctors. Dr. Ferrara is wonderful. Wait time is short.
Dr Ferrara was very rude, he assumed that without testing or checking My husband chest he has CoV when i questioned why he will have cov he says bc everyone who has came have cov i was not impress with his attitude , been polite and respectful is what people expect in any giving situation . he may know about medicine but he just can't say somebody has this or that without testing, so my review to him is very poor bc patients has the right to ask questions and questions has to be answered in very respectful way be aware
I would encourage anyone with urgent care needs to go here. The staff is all very friendly, and Dr. Ferrara is personable, knowledgeable, and caring.
