Dr. DeGennaro and his staff are wonderful!! I was referred to Atlantic ENT Group by a local pediatrician. My daughter sustained an injury to her nose while swimming in a pool. The injury left her with a fractured nose and difficulty breathing. Doctor DeGennaro operated to repair the fracture and make her nose "beautiful" again! The surgery went extremely well and the overall experience for she and I was wonderful. She now lives in Pennsylvania, but remains a patient of Atlantic ENT.
Had a small "hidden" piece of cotton stuck in the ear canal from a Qtip...Dr. Degennaro quickly removed it.."0" pain or discomfort. Very nice personality and then he suggested I have hearing test with Lisa. Excellent also in diagnosing and her professionalism. Office was comfortable and clean. The staff was most pleasant from the moment we entered till we left. Dr. Degennaro then went went over the results of my visit. EXCELLENT!!! Thank You to Doctor Degennaro and the Entire staff!
I found myself in need of an ENT specialist and my Primary Care Physician, recommended Atlantic ENT Group, I have been very satisfied. I suffered from both sinusitis & severe hearing loss in my right ear, Dr. Anthony DeGennaro and his Audiologist, Dr. Lisa Spinelli expertly diagnosed & corrected these issues. Although surgery was needed to correct both problems, the medical team at Atlantic ENT were outstanding and the recovery was fast. I would strongly recommend this group. P.F.F. Ocean NJ
My wife and myself have had many appointments with Dr. DeGennaro over the years. All experiences have been top notch as is his staff who take the extra effort to get you in early when it is urgent. My recent visit on 9/10/18 was for an ear problem for which he has prescribed an OTC medicine for its treatment. He appears to be very thorough in his approach and explicit in his diagnosis and plan of treatment.
My family has been patients of Dr. Degennaro for many years. I highly recommend him to everyone we know. Dr. D diagnosed my father with tongue cancer when no one knew what was wrong with him and saved my fathers life not once but the second time as well when it returned. He recently rushed to the hospital on his day off to take care of my 13 year old daughter that was a passenger in a car accident. Dr. D in our book is the best ENT. He's knows med.
I have a double ear infection, and the medicine he prescribed isn't covered, and he flat out refuses to change to one that is.
Awful! He was the first ENT I saw after experiencing chronic swelling in my throat. He was boggled. Had no direction. Said my lymph node was swelling and we needed to do a biopsy. He did a biopsy and found nothing. I went to two ENTs after for second opinions. Both said it was an open and shut, textbook case of sialadenitis. They were puzzled to find out a previous doctor suggested a biopsy. In fact, he couldn't even distinguish the fact that it was my salivary gland and NOT my lymph node
He is a very good doctor, Ive been seeing him for years.
