The office staff is nice and they run an efficient assembly line. Dr barely lets you voice your concerns. You have to stop them and make them listen, they don't like because it slows their assembly line down. The love relying on the shot instead of actually figuring out what is wrong and coming up with a plan to address other than just a shot or pill.
