Dr. Carter has taken care of my husband and I for many years even before coming to Columbiana Clinic. I chose her after my Family doctor of 20 years retired . I love the care Dr. Carter and her nurse gaves to me and my precious husband. I plan on staying with Dr. Carter until Jesus calls me home as long as she is in service
