Dr Onyegbula is a very caring hematologist. I've called several times asking Mary to have Dr. O to return my call to inform him medically what's going on with my daughter. Mary will ask what's the message she will give it to Dr. O. This is a HIPPA violation. I have called this office for approximately a week asking Mary to please have Dr O call me so that I can inform him of important information from another doctor. Dr Onyegbula listens and is serious about the healthcare of his patients. He is thorough and consistent and compassionate. He is professional and excellent bedside manor and prompt to respond and thinks outside the box and great problem solver. Thank God for Dr Onyegbula.
If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected ZERO! I Had an appoinment at 1pm. I left at 3:20pm. I NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR!!! This office sets appointments 15 minutes apart. Waiting room is the size of closet. Some patients were sitting in the hallway for lack of space. I lodged a grievance with my insurance carrier. UNPROFESSIONAL! Medical assistants have no personality and should not be in this field if they don't like people! Stupid...
I like Dr.Onyegbula he listens to me about my health problems. He trying to fixes my health problems when my other doctor didn't care about me . I like him very much as my doctor.
The office staff never returns phone calls. They require you to fax in request for orders but they don't respond. I've have been trying to get office notes, corrections to medications prescriptions that were sent to the pharmacy wrong since my visit on 9/20/2016...today is 10/21/2016 and still have no resolutions. Medical service providers such at DME vendors, home health agencies have been trying to reach this doctor and staff with the same response rate and issues. Communication is terrible
Dr Onyegubla is THE most caring and dedicated physician I have ever had. He has been my doctor for over a decade(at least13-14)years now. No one could ask for a more truly concerned doctor. There is only one reason that I am now going to make the painful decision to leave his practice, it's his front office person Mary. She's lied to me for years, and I am sure others on the phone and makes constant empty promises to let DrO know that I need a call back or,various other things.So good bye, DrO
