Dr. Lin is an amazing doctor. His office staff, unfortunately, has been unresponsive to United Healthcare and me regarding an overpayment from the summer of 2021. Office staff continually says they will send information to UHC and they fail to do so. I now have the United Healthcare IRT working on getting my money back and the office staff is unresponsive to their requests.
