Not the Experience I Hoped For I arrived on time for my appointment, but the doctor was late, and I waited in the chair for about 30 minutes before being seen. I was also surprised to see an additional fee for X-rays, and my Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showed several billing codes even though only six X-rays were taken. When I requested a general cleaning, the office said they could only provide a deep cleaning. I love Brunelli Dental Partners-Sparks! Everyone in reception is welcoming and kind. The staff are genuine, friendly, and really care about their patients. Dr. Drew is the best dentist and I know I am in good hands when she works on me. The assistants and hygenists give great dental care, and I want to give a special shout out to Jill for making my cleanings fun! Truly love this place ❤️
