Changes Doctors because this guy and his staff are incompetent. 1-star reviews here are VERY accurate
Very bad at paying attention to a patient struggling with PTSD. Will often prefer listening to himself speak than listen to your needs. Low empathy doctor who cares little for his patients and clearly cares more about his pay than anything else. He will laugh off a lot of what you say and fail to see it from your perspective. Will put you on just about any med then book you a month later and his scheduling is locked down, so good luck getting any med support. He's a nice, compassionate man but his office staff is unbearable.
Dr Chapman is trustworthy and knowledgeable. He established a good professional relationship with my child and provided is parents with guidance and tools to support our daughter with her mental illness. Would highly recommend him if you have an adulescent in need of mental health support.
He cuts you off, talks about himself 90% of the time, and is arrogant. Seriously, I would sooner confide in a stranger than this man based on the treatment I have received. I continue to return because he takes my insurance.
