I am writing to file a complaint against the doctor that saw my wife on July 19, 2016. Last name of doctor is Green, Team 4 and my appointment was at 9:45. I did not get seen until near 12pm. The nurse told her that it is normal for patients to wait this long. She began to tell the doctor that she has a hard time breathing at times when she wakes up and he then told her to just 'stop smoking' after she asked for an inhaler and that she may have asthma.
