Dr. Nuara is friendly, compassionate and skilled. He went above and beyond in helping me with my dermatological conditions. I refer friends and family to him as well. Great dermatologist.
Dr. Nuara is a very nice man, but the pulse dye lase treatments that he used to treat the spider veins on my face did not work at all. I am very disappointed that after two treatments ($600), all of the spider veins came back after he zapped them. I know he tried his best, but the device did not work for me.
Dr Nuara is excellent in diagnosing, very capable and a good communicator. He is also very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the insurance beaurocracy. Joey, one of his assistants was tireless in helping with the insurance part. This is so helpful!
I was told at the appointment that our insurance did not cover that visit. Paid one flat fee in full. Understood and all was good. However, the office sent through a claim for that exact office visit, which I was still responsible for. I called the office, the bill was still due. They processed as an office visit, made a claim, and collected a fee we had discussed. Poor communication.
Very approachable, great listening skills, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Explains well and encourages questions.
