I have known Dr ansara for over 15 years lately she has some new people work there they aren't very good everytime I tried to call nobody answer the phone I request to get my scensor pre authorization to change the word to took the diabetes class & learned how to use scensor but no one do anything about it I have been trying since my appointment was on 12/27/23 they never return my call some people work there have attitude problem if they can't handle to work & care for people they don't needed to be working
